Storton Lodge

The online booking system for Storton Lodge has reopened. Some restrictions are still in place.

We are continuing to provide hand sanitiser and more frequent cleaning of the hall Cleaning products are available (in the kitchen), so hirers can clean high frequency contact surfaces when they arrive. We are advising hirers to continue to be sensible about social distancing/mask wearing/keeping the hall well ventilated etc, and asking anyone with Covid symptoms not to come to the hall. Please keep an attendance record (or use QR code) and report COVID cases to the booking secretary so we can deep clean the building.

• If you represent a Scouting or Guiding section and wish to use the lodge for daytime or overnight activities, you may qualify for reduced hire charges.
• Unfortunately, we cannot handle telephone queries.

We are currently using an online booking system, see below. Please note that:

1. bookings are provisional until they have they have been confirmed,
2. we generally do not take bookings more than 3 months in advance and priority goes to regular hirers,
3. the hall is in a residential area so bookings after 9pm are restricted,
4. when booking an event remember to include time for set up and tidying up at the end,
5. during school holidays it may take us longer to confirm bookings,
6. booking rates are £10/hr in the weekend (£7.50/hr on weekdays) with a minimum of £12,
7. some COVID-19 rules remain in place, requiring additional cleaning.
